1. How can I place an order?

To place an order, browse our collection of t-shirts, select the items you wish to purchase, choose your size and quantity, and click "Add to Cart." Once you have added all desired items to your cart, click on the cart icon and proceed to checkout. Follow the instructions to enter your shipping and payment information, then submit your order.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), PayPal, and other secure payment methods. All transactions are processed securely.

3. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. After processing, standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

5. Do you offer international shipping?

Sorry, no - we currently ship to the USA only.

6. What is your return policy?

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition, unworn, and unwashed. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team here with your order number and reason for the return.

7. How do I return or exchange an item?

To return an item, contact our customer service team here for a return authorization and instructions. Pack the item securely, include the return authorization, and ship it to the provided address. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.  We currently offer refunds only, no exchanges, as our vintage items are very limited in size and quantity, and many of our other items are POD (print on demand, i.e. custom printed).  If you would like a different item, simply place a new order for that item.

8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our customer service team immediately here with your order number and details of the issue. We will arrange for a return & refund.

9. How can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, contact our customer service team as soon as possible here. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been processed. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, but may process sooner, so please notify us immediately of any changes.

12. How can I sign up for your newsletter?

To sign up for our newsletter, enter your email address in the newsletter sign-up box at the bottom of our website. You'll receive updates on new arrivals, special offers, and exclusive discounts.  We promise not to abuse the privilege!

13. Are your t-shirts true to size?

Our t-shirts generally run true to size, but we recommend checking the size chart on each product page for specific measurements. If you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, consider sizing up.

14. How should I care for my t-shirts?

We recommend washing your t-shirts in cold water with like colors and tumble drying on low. Avoid using bleach and ironing directly on printed designs to preserve the quality and longevity of your t-shirts.  However, always check the shirt's tag for specific instructions, as material and care may vary.

15. Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact our customer service team as soon as possible here. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been processed.  If the order has already entered processing, and you no longer want or need the item, you can return it within 30 days.
